Bookings

You can book your stay directly on our website or by e-mail to [email protected].

As soon as your bank details have been verified, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you have given us.

> I booked by phone :
If our teams have processed your request favourably, your stay is automatically recorded in our computer. So you can come with peace of mind.

> I chose the flexible option (flexible fare): Phew!
The total amount of your stay will be fully refunded if you cancel by 6pm on the day of arrival.
> I haven’t taken the flexible option (flexible fare): Oh no!
As stated in our general terms and conditions of sale, any booking made (at a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate) cannot be refunded.
However, if you’re caught in a hurricane, don’t hesitate to drop us a line – we might be able to do something for you.

Access and transport

All roads lead to JOST! If you’re coming from the station, turn left past Basic Fit and continue for a few metres and you will see JOST! By tram, you can get off at the tram stop RONDELET-L2 and L4. By bus, the nearest stop is ERNEST MICHEL L9, L17, L38. Please visit our “Access” page for the exact address and Google Map coordinates.

If you’re coming by car, it couldn’t be easier. We don’t have a car park at the hotel, but we can book a space at a preferential rate for our hotel guests at the Gare Saint Roch car park, just a few minutes’ walk away. Don’t hesitate to contact the hotel team to make a request.

That’s right 🙂 At Jost, we think of everything, especially those who have chosen to travel without polluting. We have a space just outside the hotel’s main entrance where you can park your bike, scooter or any other unidentified vehicle. Don’t forget to bring your padlock!

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am the following day. If you want to request late check-out, please ask at reception for prices and availability.

Dogs under 10kg are welcome with a suplement of 15€ per stay

If you are travelling with a baby, please contact us to book a suitable room category and provide a cot (subject to availability).

Our hotel has rooms designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. All areas open to the public and their facilities are also accessible to them.
You can book a PRM room directly on our website.

The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests who have booked accommodation, and is open from May to September, every day from 9am to 7pm (towels are available on request for private rooms and at an additional cost of €3 if you have booked a dormitory).

Sleeping at Jost

Our shared kitchen is available from 7pm every weekday, reserved for our dormitory guests and all day at weekends. It is fully equipped, including a washing machine and tumble dryer (at an additional cost).

Bed linen and towels are provided in all our private rooms. For the dormitories, bed linen is provided, but bath towels can be hired for €3, which you can book online or directly on site.

Available free of charge on every floor (floor bar opposite the lifts). Think of the neighbours and put them back in the cupboard when you’ve finished using them!

All of our private rooms have hairdryers. Staying in a dormitory? Just ask at reception and we’ll lend you a hairdryer!

Hair and body gel dispensers and hand soap are available in all private rooms. Sleeping in a dormitory? Don’t forget to bring your favourite shower gel. Forgotten something? Don’t panic, toiletry products are on sale at reception.

Yes, the whole hotel is air-conditioned and all our rooms have thermostat controls. Please help us to combat energy waste and remember to close the windows when the air conditioning is on or turn it off when you leave.

Eating and drinking at JOST

Buffet breakfast is served daily from 7am to 10:30am in our restaurant. Pick it up when you make your reservation or contact reception to request it. Express breakfast is served daily from 7am to 10.30am in the Bar. Please contact reception on arrival to make a request.

Of course! The Gabie restaurant is open every day from 12pm to 2.30pm and from 7pm to 10pm. Click here to view the menu and book your table. Alternatively, ask at reception.
And not just one! On the ground floor, Gabie’s bar is open every day from 7am to midnight all year round. On the 8th floor, the Rooftop Nonna Gioia is open seasonally from 5pm to midnight every day.
